🌟 Preparatory Planning Stage 🌟

1. Develop an Influencer Marketing Strategy

Clarify overseas KOL marketing strategy, determine the type of influencers, budget, collaboration format, and content creation platforms.

2. Find Influencers (KOL List)

Finding suitable influencers for the brand is crucial. Tools or manual searches can be used to identify potential collaboration partners. It is recommended to have a KOL list with a number of people that is 4-5 times the final desired number of collaboration partners (for new brands, it is advised to have 8-10 times).

🌟 KOL Outreach Stage 🌟

3. Contact Influencers

Introduce yourself, project background, and company products in the outreach email. If the product is a new launch, consider signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after introducing the project background in the first email.

4. Inquiry Stage

Once the influencers express interest, provide more detailed content brief and expected collaboration methods for their evaluation and quotation.

🌟 Collaboration Begins 🌟

5. Confirm Collaboration

Send products, prepare contracts, and confirm the timeline and deadline for content creation with the KOL.

6. Sign Collaboration Agreement

In addition to basic agreement terms, it is recommended to include content requirements and project timeline to better regulate the KOL's actions.

7. Content Review and Feedback

The KOL provides Content Draft, and the brand provides reasonable feedback.

8. Content Publication

Before publication, further confirm the title, keyword requirements, and publication time with the influencer.

🌟 Post KOL Publication 🌟

9. After Publication

Engage on social media, express gratitude to the influencer; the influencer provides an invoice, and the brand completes the payment.

10. Data Collection

The influencer provides screenshots of backend data, such as data at important milestones like 7 days/30 days after publication.
